Please read these final instructions for tomorrow’s presentations:

  1. Location: Building 4, Room 306.

  2. Arrival time: Be there 10 minutes before your scheduled slot. This helps us start each talk on time.

  3. Bring a USB stick: Save your slides as a PowerPoint or PDF on a USB. You will use the classroom computer (it's easier that way). Just to be on the safe side also upload your PPT/PDF to an accessible location (email/cloud/etc.) if the USB does not function.

  4. Final schedule: The timetable is final as of 16:00 on 3 July 2025. We cannot change any times or add make-up slots.
