Ausstellungsplanung Auf- und Abbau

Liebe Studierende,

vielen Dank für das Hochladen eurer Arbeiten für den diesjährigen Querschnitt!

Nun einige Informationen zum Aufbau und zur Planung der Ausstellung:
Wir beginnen den Aufbau der Ausstellungstische am Freitag, den 18.10., und setzen diesen am Samstag, den 19.10., jeweils von 08:00 bis 17:00 Uhr im Foyer des Gebäudes 1 fort. Anbei findet ihr den detaillierten Ausstellungsplan.

Am Freitag starten wir mit den Tischen 1/2 und arbeiten uns bis etwa zur Hälfte durch. Der restliche Aufbau erfolgt am Samstag. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn ihr eure Arbeiten während der genannten Aufbauzeiten entsprechend der Tischreihenfolge vorbeibringen könntet:

• Freitag: Arbeiten für die Tische 1 bis 30
• Samstag: Arbeiten für die Tische 31 bis 60

Die Tischnummer, die euch zugeordnet wurde, findet ihr in der Ausstellungsplanung. Wir übernehmen das Aufhängen eurer Arbeiten, freuen uns jedoch über jede Unterstützung – auch beim Auf- und Abbau. Wenn ihr spezielle Vorstellungen zur Präsentation eurer Arbeiten habt, bringt bitte einen "Hängeplan" für euren Tisch mit.

Falls ihr an den genannten Terminen verhindert seid, gebt uns bitte zeitnah Bescheid.

Zuletzt nochmal der Hinweis:
Jede Arbeit hat maximal eine Tischseite zur Verfügung, s. Plan. 
Teilweise sind in Abstimmung mit den Modulverantwortlichen mehrere Arbeiten zusammengefasst, bitte beachten. 
Eventuell müssen wir einige Arbeiten vor Ort im Umfang etwas reduzieren. Zeigt die wichtigsten Pläne, weitere Pläne verkleinert z.B. als A3-Mappe dazulegen.

thank you for uploading your work for this year's cross section!

Now some information about the structure of the exhibition:
We will begin setting up the exhibition tables on Friday, October 18th, and will continue on Saturday, October 19th, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm in the foyer of building 1. Encloses you will find the details exhibition plan. 

On Friday we start with tables 1/2 and work our way through until about halfway. The rest will take place on Saturday. It would be helpful if you could bring your work during the set-up times mentioned according the table order:

• Friday: Work for tables 1 to 30
• Saturday: Work for tables 31 to 60

You can find the table number that was assigned to you in the exhibition planning. We will take care of hanging your work, but we would be happy to receive any support - including with assembly and dismantling. If you have specific ideas for presenting your work, please bring a "hanging plan" for your table. 

If you are unable to attend the dates, please let us know as soon as possible, 

Finally, the note again:
Each work has a maximum of one side of the table, see plan. 
In some cases, several works are combined in coordination with those responsible for the modul, please note. 
We may have to reduce the scope of some of the work on site. Show the most important plans, additional plans cane be reduced in sitze, for example as an A3 folder.
